Matthew Scarpato

Matthew Scarpato has diverse work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Matthew most recently worked at The York Water Company as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Operations at Homestead Village Enhanced Senior Living, where they managed financial and operational interests for a large Life Plan Community. Matthew also held the position of EVP of Operations & Finance, COO/CFO at the York Jewish Community Center, overseeing various areas such as finance, human resources, and general operations. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Data & Fiscal Specialist at Berks County Intermediate Unit #14, where they played a key role in state-wide fiscal reporting and database implementation.
