The Program Management team at the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights oversees the development and implementation of programs that provide legal advocacy and support for unaccompanied immigrant children. By coordinating the efforts of Child Advocates and ensuring adherence to best practices in children’s rights, the team plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of services provided. They also engage in training and evaluation processes, collect and analyze data for policy advocacy, and foster collaboration among different regional offices to drive impactful change in the lives of the children they serve.
