Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!)
Nishitha Pammidimukkala is an accomplished individual with diverse experiences in entrepreneurship, legal assistance, and education. Currently a member of the Youth Entrepreneurship Academy at Young Entrepreneurs Academy, Inc., Nishitha developed and marketed "Hair Vedic," a shampoo aimed at enhancing South Asian representation. As a legal intern at Greenberg Costle & Bradley, PC, responsibilities include conducting legal research and drafting pleadings. Instructing gymnastics at G-Force Gymnastics involves planning training programs and managing events. Nishitha also founded Intuitive Thinking, providing tailored academic support to over 50 students, and serves as a dance instructor at Mallika's School of Kuchipudi. Prior leadership as Vice President of Competitive Events for Future Business Leaders of America involved organizing activities and fundraisers. Previous experience includes working as a cashier at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Nishitha is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Pre-Law at USC Marshall School of Business while attending Lightridge High School, expecting to graduate in 2024.

The Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) is a national leader in youth entrepreneurship education, operating in communities nationwide. YEA! teaches middle and high school students how to start and run their own real businesses, transforming them into confident entrepreneurs through the process. YEA! students generate business ideas, conduct market research, write business plans, pitch to a panel of investors, and launch their very own companies through an innovative curriculum with the help of local business professionals and community leaders.
