Molly Snyder

Director of Customer Success & Account Manager at The ZaneRay Group

Molly Snyder has spent their career in digital merchandising, with a focus on developing talent and driving conversions. Molly started at Nike in 2010 as a Digital Commerce Producer in Western Europe. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that Nike's eCommerce site reflected the brand's key product, merchandising, and marketing messages.

In 2011, Molly transferred to Nike Direct, North America, where they took on the role of Digital Merchandising Director. In this role, they led a team of 22 digital merchandisers, developing strategies for Nike's top trafficked pages and product walls. Molly was also responsible for developing and driving digital merchandising strategy and playbooks.

In 2017, Molly left Nike to join The ZaneRay Group as their Director of Customer Success & Account Manager. In this role, Molly is responsible for ensuring that The ZaneRay Group's clients are successful in using their software products. Molly is also responsible for managing client relationships and providing account management support.

Molly Snyder received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Portland State University.

They work with Henry Roberts - VP, Creative, Jessica Booke - Director of Engineering, and Penny Porterfield - VP, Operations & Business Development. Molly Snyder reports to Reed Gregerson, President.
