Randy Deleon

Randy DeLeon has extensive experience in the field of information security and DevOps engineering. Randy currently holds the position of Director of Information Security at The Zebra since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Staff InfoSec Engineer and Staff DevOps Engineer at The Zebra.

Before joining The Zebra, Randy worked at CognitiveScale as a Sr. DevOps Engineer, where they played a key role in creating new pipelines and integration flows for their product offering, Cortex 5.

Randy also has experience working at Actian Corporation as a Sr. Cloud Developer/Architect, where they led efforts to replace antiquated technologies within their cloud infrastructure and application.

Additionally, Randy has worked at Dun and Bradstreet as a Customer Solutions Engineer, providing consulting services for AWS infrastructure and pipelining for big data analytics and processing.

Randy also has experience working at Pervasive Software as a Cloud Developer and Software Developer, where they introduced agile methodologies and laid the foundation for test coverage across legacy code.

Randy began their career at Dell as a Software Testing Lead, analyzing software and debugging internal software.

Prior to entering the technology industry, Randy worked as an Architectural Graphic Designer at Corpus Christi Stamp Works.

Randy DeLeon obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2004. Randy then went on to earn a Master's degree in Computer Science and Network Security from the same university in 2007.
