William Ramos

William Ramos is the Director of ORC Recovery at The Zellman Group. William has over 10 years of experience in loss prevention and has been with The Zellman Group for over 5 years. Prior to their current position, they were the Vice President of Loss Prevention at The Zellman Group, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating all client investigations involving POS cases as well as non-POS for varied venue clients, Retail, Hospitality, Quick Serve and Table Serve. William also managed all client Physical Security needs; CCTV and Alarms Systems) planning, coordinating installs, training on systems, service calls, etc. William Ramos also hired and trained field investigators in interviewing both telephonic as well as in person. William supervised the Analytics department for our LP clients and assigned the various POS cases to the field for closer.

William Ramos has a certification from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in W-Z IAI Certified Forensic Interviewer.

William Ramos reports to Stuart Levine, Founder, President, & CEO. They work with Lauren Bridgeo - VP, Operations, Michael Ira Asen - Chief Counsel, and Linda Chiappone - Director, Analytics.
