Courtney Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Courtney started their career as an Ocean Lifeguard and Marine Safety Department employee at the City of Laguna Beach in 2006. In this role, they responded to emergency and non-emergency calls, managed the Junior Lifeguard Program, and dispatched 911 information.

Following their work at City of Laguna Beach, Courtney worked at J.Crew as an Okemos Public Schools employee. During their time there, they selected, planned, and implemented before- and after-school activities for students. Courtney also managed two employees and organized weekly activities while the Director was on extended leave.

Courtney then joined Lovelace Interiors as a Design Assistant in 2012. In this role, they organized and tracked client purchase orders and delivery schedules, created pricing sheets and contracts, and worked on residential interior design projects.

Currently, Courtney works at The Zimmerman Agency as a Staff Accountant. Courtney manages accounts payable, organizes and pays vendor invoices, reviews and codes expense reports, and handles the payment of company credit cards.

Courtney Kelly obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Brigham Young University. Courtney attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
