Nikita Pashchenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as Product Lead at The49 since July 2021, Nikita also founded and leads Morego, a platform designed to enhance the capabilities of travel experts through technology and real-time data. Prior to this, Nikita founded Global Village, an award-winning luxury adventure tour operator, and established Ruski Connection, an inbound DMC acquired by VAO Intourist. Nikita held the role of Deputy Director at JSC VAO Intourist, managing a large team and overseeing the inbound travel departments. Earlier career experience includes positions at Gazprom Export and Accenture, where strategic and analytical skills were honed. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Bath and an International Baccalaureate from St Julian's School.
