Olga German is a seasoned user experience designer currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer and Studio Lead at The5ers.com since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior UX Designer at Resident, where Olga conducted extensive user research to enhance user experiences through various methodologies. As the CIPO and Founder of Daily Scrum Meeting, Olga developed a management tool focusing on product design and UX. Additionally, as Founder and Creative Director at Tea-Cup, Olga crafted exceptional user experiences across multiple industries. Leadership roles at SpotOption and Ness Technologies involved managing design teams while specializing in UX for various sectors, including military and medical. Olga's earliest work includes serving as an Art Director and GUI/UI/UX expert at Kuchi internet planning and as a Web and Graphic Designer at Unicon Solutions. Olga is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at The Open University of Israel. Previous education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts.
