Kathrin Gerstmayr is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Theá Advisory since April 2024, Kathrin has held the position of Financial Controller & Joint Company Secretary at King River Resources Ltd since 2017, and is also a Financial Controller at Australian Heritage Group Pty. Ltd. Additionally, Kathrin serves as Group Chief Financial Officer at Barton Family Office and has previously worked with multiple companies in financial controller roles, including Suvo Strategic Minerals and PARKD LTD. A strong academic background underpins Kathrin’s expertise, with qualifications including a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from CPA Australia, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, among others.
