Raymond Andrews

Raymond Andrews is an accomplished entrepreneur and corporate leader with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Founder of Thea Kitchen Private Limited since July 2015, Raymond has successfully established Biryani Blues, a rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant specializing in Hyderabadi cuisine in the Delhi/NCR region. Prior to this venture, Raymond served as Corporate Vice President and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd. from September 2002 to June 2015, where responsibilities included enhancing productivity and profitability in Bancassurance and Direct Sales channels. Earlier experiences include roles in marketing at Bharti Airtel Limited and Onida (MIRC Electronics Ltd.), focusing on product management and channel management, respectively. Raymond holds a PGDM in Marketing & Systems from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Com in Commerce from Osmania University.
