Bailey W. has diverse work experience starting from 2016. They began as a Senate Intern in the United States Senate. Following this, Bailey served as an Orientation Leader at New Student Programs, mentoring and guiding incoming freshman students at Washington State University. They also held the position of Chief Justice in the ASWSU Judicial Board, overseeing a group of Associate Justices and ensuring ethical standards and clarity in guiding documents within the Associated Students of Washington State University. Bailey then worked as a Student Ambassador (Team Leader) at Washington State University, managing a group of 85 official ambassadors and handling payroll and mentoring responsibilities. They also served as the Director of University Affairs at the Associated Students of Washington State University. In 2019, Bailey worked as an Intern at the United States Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs. They then moved on to become a Graduate Assistant at the School of Public Affairs, American University, where they were involved in various projects related to cyber policy mapping and national security. Currently, Bailey is working as an Analyst at Alethea.

Bailey W. completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Terrorism and Homeland Security Studies from the School of Public Affairs at American University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Bailey earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a concentration in International/Global Studies from the Honors College at Washington State University from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Bailey obtained certifications in Cultural Competency from the WSU Office of Diversity & Inclusion in May 2017, and in LGBTQ+ Ally Training from the WSU Gender, Identity, Expression and Sexual Orientation Resource Center in May 2017.
