Sean Gleason

Sean Gleason has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Sean started their career at Steriliz, LLC as a Software Engineer, where they worked as an intern and developed Java code and GUI for programming and calibrating Xbee radios. Later, they joined IBM as a Software Engineer and was involved in various projects, including designing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure for IBM's Operational Decision Manager. Sean also implemented an automated monitoring solution for the product's cloud services and created a platform for automating building interim fixes. In addition, Sean excelled in their role by bridging the gap between customers and developers, providing solutions to bugs, and hosting tech conferences. After IBM, Sean worked as a Full-Stack Software Developer at Kessel Run and a Senior Software Engineer at SmarterTravel Media. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Full Stack Engineer at Alethea.

Sean Gleason received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at McQuaid Jesuit High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Sean obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Inc. in August 2021.
