Eris A. PMP, CSM, SAFe®5 ASM has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of business analysis and project management. Their most recent position is with Moneris as a Business Analyst III, which started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Suncor as a Senior Business Analyst from June 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Suncor, Eris held the role of a Business Process Analyst at WestRock Company from September 2020 to July 2022. They also gained experience as a Business Analyst at Neo Financial from March 2020 to August 2020.

In the earlier stages of their career, Eris worked at The Home Depot as a Scrum Master from March 2019 to March 2020. They also served as a Business Systems Analyst at AUSPOINT from April 2016 to December 2018 and as a Business Operations Analyst at Caracal Oil & Gas Support Group from April 2014 to May 2016.

Eris A. PMP, CSM, SAFe®5 ASM holds a Master's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Ibadan. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications. They became a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2019. Later, in November 2021, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. In December 2021, they completed the Advanced Business Analysis Course offered by Global Stride Consulting Inc. Most recently, in February 2022, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master certification awarded by Scaled Agile, Inc.
