Lisa Kelly

Lisa Kelly is an accomplished professional in the fields of theatrical operations and education, currently serving as Theatrical Operations Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line since November 2023, where responsibility includes overseeing entertainment quality aboard cruise ships. As Associate Artistic Director at Theatre Cedar Rapids since March 2021, Lisa provides artistic guidance, directs productions, and mentors stage crews. With a substantial background at the University of Iowa from 2013 to 2023, Lisa held multiple roles focusing on graduate student success, including Assistant Director of Graduate Student Success & Development and Associate Director of the Center for Teaching, where collaboration with faculty enhanced teaching and learning outcomes. Educational credentials include a PhD in Theatre and Drama from Northwestern University, an MFA in Theatre Pedagogy from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a BA in Dramatic Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
