Joshua Henry Jenkins is a marketing and communications professional with a diverse experience rooted in the performing arts and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Theatre Communications Group, Joshua amplifies the organization's mission for a just and thriving theatre ecology. As a co-founder and creative lead of BLACK, GAY, stuck at home, Joshua curates online spaces that center Black, queer narratives through media screenings and conversations. Additionally, Joshua operates as an independent consultant, offering design and strategy services to artists, arts organizations, and non-profits, primarily focusing on marginalized communities. Previous roles include Director of Web and New Media Strategies at Americans for the Arts and leadership positions within the Arts Administrators of Color Network. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in Interactive Media from Elon University.
