LaTeshia Ellerson

LaTeshia Ellerson serves as the Co-Executive Director of National Engagement at Theatre Communications Group since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing institutional and individual giving, marketing, membership, and advocacy as the interim chief growth officer. Prior to this role, LaTeshia accumulated extensive experience at Kenny Leon's True Colors Theatre Company from October 2007 to September 2021, holding titles such as Director of Institutional Philanthropy, Development Director, Development Manager, and Development Associate/Annual Fund Manager. LaTeshia holds an Urban Policy Studies degree in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from DePaul University (2001-2005).
