Kaitlin Brucker is the Office Manager at Theatre Memphis. Kaitlin has previous experience as a Catering Sales Manager at Hilton Garden Inn and a Front Desk Representative at Holiday Inn Memphis-Univ Of Memphis. Kaitlin also has experience in theatre, having worked as a Theatre Manager at Weathervane Playhouse from August 2014 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day operations, including Box Office and ticket sales, facilities maintenance, business management, and supporting staff. Kaitlin also worked in conjunction with the Managing Artistic Director and Board of Directors to develop and maintain relationships with patrons and community organizations to increase attendance, corporate partnerships, and program advertising. Additionally, they assisted in the development of the annual operating budget and maintained financial records by tracking and supervising department budgets, coding and processing invoices, and providing timely reports of all expenditures to department heads. Kaitlin also organized annual fundraising events by coordinating volunteers, multiple vendor contracts, and event rentals, as well as developed and supervised the master schedule of work assignments. Furthermore, they were responsible for scheduling and coordinating mainstage performances, rehearsals, and theatre education classes between three on-site venues, as well as managing rentals by external organizations. Lastly, Kaitlin managed and coordinated all marketing contracts, written announcements, and community outreach events, as well as supervised the design of promotional materials and season programs.
