Debbie Clinton.

Debbie Clinton is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Theatre Royal Plymouth since January 2011, with prior roles including Head of HR and Business Support. Debbie's HR career includes positions as Employee Solutions Manager at Williams Lea from March 2009 to July 2010, HR Manager at Dairy Crest from 2006 to 2008, and Senior HR Advisor at ISS from May 1998 to October 2006. Debbie holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Sussex, completed between 2002 and 2004, and has a foundational education from Ivybridge Community College from 1984 to 1991.
