Emily Carewe is an accomplished arts professional currently serving as the Executive Director and Co-CEO of Theatre503 since September 2023. In addition, Emily is the Founder and Director of the LAMDA MishMash Festival, established to showcase the original works of LAMDA Alumni and contemporaries. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at Fio, Creative Executive Producer and Creative Producer for Theatre at 45North, and Co-Founder of The GEMA Collective, dedicated to promoting gender equality in the arts. Emily's career also includes positions as a Producer at Sony Music Entertainment and Special Projects Assistant/Producer with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Drama from the University of Bristol, a FdA in Professional Acting from LAMDA, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Musical Theatre from the Royal Academy of Music.
