Jean Luc Boutemy

Jean Luc Boutemy has extensive work experience in various roles. Jean Luc started their career as a Sales Associate at ADT, where they were responsible for selling products within specific territories and maintaining sales quotas. After that, they worked at ISI Commercial Refrigeration as a Regional Shipping Coordinator, where they implemented an innovative inventory logistics system and improved warehouse organization, resulting in savings of $5K per month and a 15% increase in job performance quality. Jean Luc then joined Catapult Health as a Desktop Support Analyst, diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop assets in a multi-site Mac and Windows environment. Jean Luc also administered virus scans and encryption to employee and field laptops. Next, they worked at Digital Matrix Systems as an Application Analyst, managing credit servers, handling SFTP requests, and designing and implementing a new SFTP project for the Project Management team. Currently, Jean Luc is working at Theatro as a Tier 2 Support, providing support and maintaining uninterrupted service to clients.

Jean Luc Boutemy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington. In addition, they received a certification in CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in July 2016.
