Vanessa Giacinti has had a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and companies. Vanessa started their career in 2004 as a Sales Intern/Sales Associate at Nordstrom while studying at the University of North Texas. Vanessa then progressed through various roles at Nordstrom, including B.P. (Juniors) Assistant Department Manager, Petites Department Manager, T.B.D. Department Manager, Sales Information Manager, Assistant Regional Sales Information Manager, and Assistant Sales Integration Regional. In these positions, they demonstrated skills in team development, customer service, inventory management, and sales strategy. In 2012, Vanessa became a Human Resource Manager at Nordstrom, where they were responsible for talent development, scheduling, and expense management. Vanessa then joined Theatro in 2015, initially as a Customer Experience Manager and later as a Project Manager.

Vanessa Giacinti pursued their education at the University of North Texas from the year 2003 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Business, specializing in the field of Apparel Merchandising.
