Michael Felter has over twenty years of work experience. Michael began their career in 2000 as a Senior Airmen Computer Operations for the United States Air Force, where they completed a 6 month training course in 4 months and became a trainer earlier than anyone prior to him. In 2008, they joined Professional Credit Service as a Collector, managing a queue of outstanding balances and assisting other associates with techniques to ensure success and efficiency. In 2012, they joined Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as a Royal Carribean, taking inbound calls from travel partners with high level issues and training and mentoring other team members. In 2014, they joined First Call Resolution, LLC as a First Call Resolution Manager, managing multiple clients with a variety of goals and growth strategies. In 2019, they joined Peloton Interactive as a Supervisor, managing a team of 15-40 associates through connection and metric analysis and taking part in new initiatives. In 2022, they joined BACH as a Member Experience Manager.

Michael Felter attained a high school diploma from E.J. King in 1999, having started their studies there in 1996.
