Kirsty Spickett has an extensive work experience in marketing and growth roles. Kirsty co-founded and served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at TheCarCrowd, where they introduced the UK's first fractionalized investment platform for alternative assets. Kirsty also worked at Zilch as the Senior Vice President Marketing and later as the Chief Marketing Officer. At Hedgehog, they worked as a Marketing/Growth Advisor, supporting the startup in their mission to make investing in world-class assets accessible to everyone. Previously, Kirsty held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Monese and Oakbrook Finance. Kirsty also worked as a Growth Advisor to the Board at Medialab Group and held various marketing positions at Blenheim Chalcot, where they played a key role in launching Clearscore in the UK. Prior to that, they were a Business Director at Starcom, overseeing major accounts and managing a significant advertising budget. Kirsty started their career at Capital One, where they progressed to the role of Head of Media and played a crucial role in the company's transition to digital advertising.
