Karla Petty

Karla Petty is a consultant at The Clearing, Inc. since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in academic advising and program development. Previously, Karla served as Director of Program Development at Coracle from June 2018 to February 2023. At the Embassy of the State of Kuwait, from March 2012 to May 2018, Karla managed a scholarship portfolio for 200 students, overseeing academic progress and compliance with scholarship regulations. Earlier roles include program assistant positions at George Washington University and internships at various educational organizations, including the American Councils for International Education and the University of the Witwatersrand. Karla holds a Master's degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, a Bachelor's degree in French and International Relations from William & Mary, and a certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Georgetown University.
