Toshimichi Nozawa

Toshimichi Nozawa has a diverse and extensive work experience. Toshimichi started their career at Google in 2007, where they began in customer service and later transitioned into the role of Head of New Business Sales Team Japan. From 2008 to 2010, they successfully built and managed a proactive sales team. At freee Inc., they served as VP of Sales from 2014 to 2017 and then took on the role of VP of People Operations until 2021. During their time at freee, they played a key role in developing cloud-based accounting software for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to their current role, they worked at THECOO Inc., where they were Chief Human Resources Officer from 2021 to 2023, and is currently serving as the highest-performing executivbe at Fixstars Corporation as an External Director.
