Emilie Hietpas

Emilie Hietpas currently serves as a Surgery Scheduler in the Oncology/Hematology department at ThedaCare since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Patient Service Representative at Fox Valley Pulmonary Medicine, where Emilie greeted patients and provided information about the practice. Previous positions at Ascension involved managing office operations in the Pediatrics Department, while earlier roles in the hospitality industry included Bar Manager at Capital Centre and Front of House Manager at The Bar of Lynndale. Emilie's extensive background in customer service also includes work as a waitress and bartender for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, where training and supervising staff was a key responsibility. Emilie holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Health Information Technology from Fox Valley Technical College and has also studied Communication & Business at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and Social Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley.
