Joni Conrad

Joni Conrad has extensive experience in volunteer coordination and business process analysis. Currently serving as Program Coordinator for Volunteer Services at Appleton Medical Center and ThedaCare since March 2012, Joni leads the in-hospital volunteer program by recruiting, interviewing, screening, and placing new volunteers. Prior roles include Development Assistant at ThedaCare Foundations, where Joni supported special events and donor solicitation, and Advanced Business Process Analyst at Thrivent Financial, where Joni managed budget processes and recognized over 12,000 volunteers. Joni's career began at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, focusing on budget management and space planning for a national member mail service. Joni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communications from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
