Kimberly Vanevenhoven is an accomplished RN Clinical Director at ThedaCare, with a career spanning over a decade in various nursing leadership roles. Since April 2012, Kimberly has effectively provided leadership in clinical practice, research, and professional development, particularly aligned with oncology and evidence-based practice. As an Improvement Facilitator, Kimberly has partnered with healthcare leaders to implement lean improvement concepts and has significant experience in coaching on health information, information technology, and critical care. Additionally, Kimberly has served as a Staff Development Educator, responsible for the education of clinicians in a 24-bed inpatient department and has previously held roles as Instructional Academic Staff at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and as a Clinical Lead and Registered Nurse at ThedaCare. Educationally, Kimberly holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
