Walter Cloud

Walter Cloud serves as the Director of Nursing at Ascension since November 2024. Prior to this role, Walter was a Co-Founder at Splynt, Inc. from September 2022 to November 2024 and held the position of Team Leader at Bellin Health for a brief period in 2024. Walter also contributed to ThedaCare as the Director of Hospital Clinic Operations from November 2022 to May 2024 and co-founded Strive, where responsibilities included starting and leading the organization from July 2017 to April 2022. Earlier career milestones include serving as the Service Line Manager for various specialties at Prevea Health and working as a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics at Bellin Memorial Hospital. Walter holds a BSN from Bellin College, an MSBM from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and a BS in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
