Florianne Cabel is the Director of Operations at Theery. Florianne has been with the company since October 2018, and has served as the Human Resources Director since January 2019. In this role, they are responsible for the day-to-day workflow, human resource notices, labor relations, employee & department safety, and risk management issues for 30+ employees throughout the life of Theery. Florianne has partnered with the CPO & CEO for the creation & administration for all HR procedures, policies, and implementation for the organization.
Some of their notable accomplishments include writing & maintaining a 50-page employee handbook covering company policies, disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, FMLA policy etc., as well as designing, implementing, and proposing new policies & procedures within the organization, new template changes to payroll, benefits, client pagers, and interview processes. Florianne also handles all employment forms, I-9 verification, and compiling company quarterly reports to establish the overall makeup of the organization.
Florianne's technical skills include but are not limited to DEI, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Change Management, Employee Benefits Implementation, Website Creation, Policy Creation and Maintenance, Recruiting, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office, ADP, Ease, and Data Analytics.
Florianne Cabel has a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University, Northridge, a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, an Associate of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from Antelope Valley College, and a High School Diploma from Lancaster High School.
They work with Anthony Porter - Co-Founder & CPO, Jarred Freiberg - Principal, and Brett Leonardo - Principal. Their manager is Kevin Hess, Founder & CEO.
