Charlotte Hickey

Charlotte Hickey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial management within the sports sector. Currently serving as the Senior Finance Business Partner at The Football Association since September 2021, Charlotte leads financial strategy for both grassroots and professional men's and women's football. Prior to this role, Charlotte held significant positions at Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd) as Head of Group General Counsel Business and Financial Management and Senior Investment Finance Business Partner, along with a tenure at Nomura International plc as Credit and ABS Business Manager. Charlotte holds a Master of Business Administration in Football Industries from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Loughborough University, complemented by ACCA qualifications.
