Charlotte Lawrence has extensive experience in strategic roles within government and sport organizations. Currently serving as Head of Strategy and Business Services at The Football Association since June 2020, Charlotte previously held positions as Senior Strategy and Performance Lead at the same organization. Prior to that, Charlotte worked at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport from March 2015 to June 2020, where responsibilities included Head of Sport Participation and Lead for Children and Young People’s Participation in Sport. Additional experience includes serving as Project Manager for Resilient Telecommunications at the Cabinet Office and as National Team Inspection Officer at Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services. Earlier roles include leading Youth Alcohol Policy at the UK Home Office. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of East Anglia, earned between 2006 and 2009.
