James Earl

Head Of The National League System

James Earl is an experienced sports management professional currently serving as the Head of the National League System at The Football Association since July 2018. In this role, James leads the strategic and operational delivery of the National League System, encompassing a pyramid of 980 community clubs and 48 divisions. Prior to this, James held positions at Bishop Burton College, including Director of Sport & Sporting Partnerships, where responsibilities included developing sports programs and building partnerships with professional clubs. James also contributed to Leeds Metropolitan University as a Business Development Advisor, focusing on various sports initiatives and partnerships. James earned a BSc in Sports Science from Leeds Beckett University.
