Nikola Strizovic is an experienced football coach with a strong focus on goalkeeping and women's football development. Currently serving as the Head of Goalkeeping at Grays Athletic Football Club since May 2025, Nikola also holds the position of Lead Goalkeeper Coach for Watford FC's Women. Since November 2014, Nikola has been involved with The Football Association, contributing as a Football Insights Scout for the England Senior Women’s team, a Women’s & Girls Football Coach Development Mentor, and an Assistant Technical Goalkeeping Coach. Additional roles include being an FA Affiliate Tutor and Coaching Mentor, supporting grassroots football coach development. Previous experience includes coaching roles at Hashtag United, London Bees, Bowers and Pitsea FC, and Kent Football United, demonstrating a commitment to advancing women's football at various levels.
