Sam Hobbs, MCIPD, is an experienced learning and development manager with a strong background in HR management, currently serving as the County FA Support Services Manager for The Football Association since April 2019. With previous roles at HMV, The Breastfeeding Network, and Waterstones, Sam has demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering training programs, managing apprenticeship and performance appraisal systems, and providing strategic HR guidance. Sam holds an MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing from the University of Nottingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University, complemented by a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from The University of Manchester.
