Sarah Copestake serves as the Women’s Pathway Business Manager and previously as the England Talent Pathway Operations Manager at The Football Association since October 2012, focusing on the operational management of the Female Talent Pathway to support young female players. Other roles at The FA include Talent Development Manager (Maternity Cover) and Women’s Elite Player & Coach Development Co-ordinator, with responsibilities in project management and high-level administrative support. Prior to this, Sarah gained experience as Venue Operations Coordinator for the London 2012 Olympic football games, Event Team Assistant for the Lawn Tennis Association, and Challenge Events Executive at Scope, among other positions. Sarah Copestake holds a PGDip in Event Management and a BA in Sociology from the University of Warwick.
