Ludo Brink

Ludo Brink has extensive experience in project and service management, currently serving as a Project Manager at theFactor.e since July 2006, where responsibilities include initiating projects with appropriate methodologies, stakeholder management, and fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Prior to this, Ludo held the position of Service Manager, overseeing SLA compliance and optimizing organizational performance through various project methodologies such as Lean, Kanban, ITIL, and Scrum. Ludo began the career as a Developer, managing customer-reported changes and bugs via an online ticketing system. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Sound Technician at Music Box licht & geluid from January 2004 to December 2007. Ludo holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design from NHL Hogeschool, attained between 2001 and 2006.
