Stefan Karlen is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of impactOne GmbH. With a strong background in strategic advisory, Stefan has held the position of Head of Strategic Advisory at TheFactor-Y. Additionally, Stefan contributes to governance by serving as a Non-Executive Board Member at both Haelixa Ltd and Skypuzzler ApS, and is a Global Advisory Board Member for the Virtual Advisory Board (VAB). Stefan's academic credentials include advanced programs at IE Business School and IMD, where Stefan completed the Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives in 2006 and 2011, respectively.
