Caroline Stewart

Caroline Stewart has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Caroline started their career at State Farm Insurance as a Claims Representative, specializing in attorney-represented bodily injury claims, litigation, and special investigations. After that, they worked at Progressive in various roles, including Casualty Implementation Specialist and Casualty Team Leader, where they provided technical and operational consultation services and managed claim teams. Caroline then joined Razors Edge Consulting as a Consultant, providing consulting services and expertise to insurance companies on claims operations and organizational risks. Currently, they are the Director of Claims Strategy at The General®, responsible for leading projects and processes to maximize operational efficiency and develop long-term strategies for the company.

Caroline Stewart pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, they attended California State University, Northridge from 1986 to 1989, where they completed their studies in the field of Business.
