Gary Minkler

Gary Minkler is a seasoned professional in the insurance and strategic consulting sectors, currently serving as a Strategy Consultant at The General® since December 2022. Merging extensive experience with leadership roles, Gary previously held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Crash Champions, where responsibilities included overseeing national account director duties for insurer DRP programs and OEM partnerships. Prior to that, Gary spent over 17 years at American Family Insurance, progressing to Claims Manager, where oversight encompassed vendor management and regulatory compliance. Gary began a career in law enforcement, serving as a police officer and deputy sheriff before transitioning into the insurance field, supported by dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration with a Marketing focus and Criminal Justice, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
