John’s expertise encompasses claims management across all 50 states and leading specialized branches in high-probability fraud cases. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, John is committed to operational excellence and innovation in claims and risk management.
