John Morgan

John Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, training, and management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Specialist and Senior Corporate Trainer at The General® since November 2004, John leads training initiatives across Underwriting, Sales, Customer Service, and Professional Development, excelling in both in-person and virtual training environments. Prior roles include Inside Sales Representative, where John focused on recruiting and training agency producers, and Senior Underwriter, managing a team of underwriters across multiple states. Earlier in John’s career, experience as a Passenger Service and Ramp Supervisor at American Airlines involved overseeing various passenger services and managing a team of employees. John holds education from Middle Tennessee State University.
