Latrenda Love has over 23 years of experience in technical support and analysis. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist 2 and previously as a Helpdesk Analyst at The General® since September 2006, Latrenda assists end users and clients with specific needs related to PGAC. Prior to this role, Latrenda worked as a Support Analyst at Dollar General Corporation from October 2000 to August 2006. Latrenda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 1993 and 1999.
