Nicole Bond-Brockman

Nicole Bond-Brockman has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Nicole most recently served as the Director of Corporate Compliance for The General ®, where they built processes to monitor compliance, maintained audit processes, and implemented compliance initiatives across all states. Prior to this role, they held positions as the Director of Compliance and Implementation and Product Manager I, II, and Sr., where they managed profitability, growth, and compliance for multiple states. Nicole also has experience as an Assistant Product Manager and Product Analyst, where they provided analytic support and coordinated launches of rate, rule, and form filings. Before joining The General ®, Nicole worked as an Independent Agent for Dodds and Scott Insurance.

Nicole Bond-Brockman studied at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA). Nicole'sarea of focus was Finance and Insurance.
