Rob Dunning, PHR, serves as the Operations Leader for Customer Care Applications & Solutions at The General® since 2020, where efforts are concentrated on identifying process friction points and integrating artificial intelligence solutions. In addition, Dunning has been an Advisor for Taylor Made Wellness, LLC since 2018, contributing to social media and web strategy development. Prior experience includes a decade at Angi (2007-2017) in various leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Member Operations & Strategy, where oversight encompassed a large-scale customer care business unit. Dunning's educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Product Innovation Strategy from Butler University's Lacy School of Business and a Cum Laude BS in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
