Robin Johnson

Robin Johnson is currently a Senior Litigation Complex Claims Adjuster at The General®, a position held since 2018. Prior to this, Robin worked as a Claims Representative at AssuranceAmerica and held various adjusting roles at Access Insurance Company, including Bodily Injury Adjuster and Litigation Specialist. Robin began their career at Travelers, where they managed small personal property claims and served as an Outside Bodily Injury Adjuster. Additionally, Robin has experience as a SIU Investigative Adjuster, focusing on identifying and reporting suspicious fraud claims. Robin is pursuing education at Phillips College Northside.
