Jesse Schmidt

Jesse Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the real estate industry. They most recently served as the SVP of Sales for the NY Metro region at TheGuarantors, where they were responsible for driving sales and implementing risk management solutions for the real estate ecosystem. Prior to this, Jesse held the position of Vice President of Sales at TheGuarantors, overseeing sales operations and focusing on data-driven approaches to improve efficiency in the leasing process. They also served as the Director of Business Development at TheGuarantors, contributing to the adoption of the company's risk management platform by leading landlords and property managers.

Before joining TheGuarantors, Jesse worked as an Associate Real Estate Broker at Space Marketing Shop, where they specialized in real estate brokerage. They also gained experience at Dream Property Group LLC as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, providing clients with top-notch service and guidance. Earlier in their career, Jesse served as an Associate at HouseBiz, assisting with online marketing, open houses, and various real estate responsibilities. They also worked as a Marketing Intern at Manhattan Residential Group, gaining exposure to marketing strategies in the real estate industry.

Jesse's work experience extends beyond real estate, as they previously held positions at Van Houten Gardens as a Staff Assistant Manager and at Donnin Publishing, Inc as a Publishing Intern, where they gained valuable skills in team collaboration and publishing processes.

Jesse Schmidt attended Bryant University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Their major was Finance, with a minor in Psychology. In 2012, Jesse also completed a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. They obtained this certification from the NYS Department of State. Additionally, in 2014, Jesse obtained a certification as a Certified Buyer's Representative from REBNY (The Real Estate Board of New York).
