Don Novess

Don Novess has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Don started their career as a Management Skills Laboratories Executive Trainer at A.P.C. SKILLS in Palm Beach, Florida in 1981. In 1984, they moved on to become Principal and Account Leader at GEMINI CONSULTING in Morristown, New Jersey, where they worked until 1999. In 2000, Don founded and owned S3 GROUP (Strategic Solution Services) LLC, where they served as Owner until 2005. Since 2005, they have been working as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager at The Highland Group in St. Michaels, Maryland, a senior level management consulting firm specializing in Fortune 200 companies.

Don Novess has a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business Communications from Michigan State University.
