Mike Fontanilla

Mike Fontanilla, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Hive since October 2022. Prior experience includes a similar role at Tatari from July 2021 to September 2022 and positions at Equinox, where Mike worked as Assistant General Manager from December 2019 to July 2021, as well as Director of Operations at Pivot from January 2019 to December 2019. Mike began a lengthy career in hospitality at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, holding various roles, including Front Office Manager, Guest Services Manager, and Guest Services Representative from April 2007 to February 2019. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Francisco State University from August 2008 to May 2012.
